This policy applies to ChildBlossoms and its affiliates and covers our mobile app (iOS/Android) and website, including parents, guardians, school owners/admins, and other users who interact with our services.

  • Parent-provided child data: age/year group, preferences, learning needs, and other details needed to power matching and recommendations.
  • School/provider data: school name, address, contact details, profile descriptions, images, and verification/accreditation info (where provided).
  • User content: reviews, ratings, messages, feedback, and support communications.

(b) Data created during use

  • Location data: approximate or precise, depending on device permissions, to improve recommendations and proximity-based features.
  • Usage data: searches, pages viewed, features used, shortlists, taps/clicks, and timestamps.
  • Device/technical data: device type, OS version, IP address, browser/app version, performance and crash logs.
  • Communications data: messages and related metadata where communication happens through our platform.

(c) Data from other sources

  • Referrals and invites from other users
  • Service providers assisting with analytics, identity verification, and fraud prevention
